Ronan Donohoe

Ronan joined Cafico International in 2021 as Head of Company Secretarial having previously worked as Head of Funds Company Secretarial at one of Ireland's leading law firms. In this role Ronan is responsible for overseeing the company secretarial group of Cafico International, which consists of a team of experienced company secretarial and corporate administration professionals.

Ronan and the team assist a wide variety of domestic and international client companies and their directors with all their corporate governance and company secretarial requirements.

Ronan is a highly experienced company secretary with over 15 years’ experience operating in frequently changing and complex environments, primarily working with clients in the banking and asset management industries.
