Rodney has over 20 years experience in servicing both indigenous and international companies across a wide range of legal and transactional matters. Rodney trained and worked as an accountant with a Big 4 practice in Dublin and London and also previously worked as a lawyer in the Finance Group of one of Ireland’s leading law firms.
Rodney is regularly engaged by public and private international companies across a wide range of industries that are seeking to establish or restructure their operations through Ireland. Rodney also has extensive experience working with investment banks, trustees, arrangers and issuers on a range of structured finance and securitisation transactions.
Rodney has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland to act as an independent non-executive director of several regulated entities.
Rodney is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Civil Laws from University College Cork, a Higher Diploma in Business from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business College, a Professional Diploma in Accountancy from Dublin City University and a Diploma in Applied Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
