Fiachra Ó Ciardha is Senior Company Secretary at Cafico International, responsible for the governance and administration of a portfolio of client companies. He manages board and shareholder processes and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
He has particular experience in Irish special purpose vehicles (SPVs) used in capital markets transactions, overseeing governance operations, reporting obligations and key timelines.
Fiachra also supports multinational clients across sectors including aircraft leasing, intellectual property, real estate and structured finance and acts as a director of a number of Irish entities. He contributes to the ongoing development of governance frameworks and supports junior team members.
