Feargal leads Cafico International’s Operations and Technology function, with responsibility for the firm’s IT architecture, infrastructure and operational systems. With over 35 years’ experience in technology, he oversees the design, implementation and maintenance of secure, scalable platforms supporting client service delivery.
He is responsible for ensuring the integrity, availability and confidentiality of client data through robust control frameworks, including access management, data protection protocols and system monitoring. Feargal works closely with service teams to optimise workflows, embedding automation and straight-through processing to enhance accuracy, efficiency and auditability across all processes.
His focus is on maintaining resilient systems and controls that support regulatory compliance and operational continuity, ensuring that Cafico International can deliver consistent, high-quality services to clients within a controlled and well-governed technology environment.
