Beata Frois

Beata joined the Cafico International team in 2024 as Commercial Director, Capital Markets based in London.

In her role she will be responsible for driving Cafico International’s sales strategy in the UK across a diverse client base which includes investment banks, arrangers and alternative asset managers delivering a broad range of capital markets, securitisation, trust and agency solutions.

With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector, Beata has gained significant expertise in the structured finance and trustee industry across a range of jurisdictions and asset classes. Prior to joining Cafico International, Beata was Director Business Development at Issuer Services in HSBC Bank plc, where she gained extensive expertise and knowledge in capital markets corporate trust services such as structure finance/securitisation, escrow, syndicated loans, repacks and project and export finance. Prior to HSBC, Beata worked in Thomson Financial (now Refinitive Worldcheck), where she held various sales positions.
