Arkadiusz Kwapien

Arkadiusz Kwapien is Director of Corporate Services in our Luxembourg office and Conducting Officer of the local entity.

He is responsible for the overall management and delivery of full—fledged corporate services to Luxembourg-domiciled companies.

Arkadiusz has over 17 years of experience in financial services acquired in top European centres: Ireland and Luxembourg.

Having worked with various service providers, Big 4 and banks, he has a solid understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory framework and the structuring opportunities available to investment firms, venture capitalists, arrangers, and issuers wishing to set up their local vehicles.

He acts as director of numerous client companies ensuring proper governance and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Arkadiusz is a member of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) and the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA).
