Arkadiusz (Arek) Kwapien is Director of Corporate Services in Cafico International’s Luxembourg office and serves as Conducting Officer of the Luxembourg entity. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of corporate services to Luxembourg-domiciled structures, ensuring the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance, and client service.

With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, gained across two of Europe’s leading financial centres, Ireland and Luxembourg, Arkadiusz brings extensive expertise in corporate administration, regulatory oversight, and complex transaction structures. His career spans leading service providers, Big Four firms and international banking institutions, providing him with a deep understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory landscape and the structuring opportunities available to investment managers, venture capital firms, arrangers and issuers establishing Luxembourg-based vehicles.

Arkadiusz acts as director of numerous client entities, supporting robust corporate governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. He is committed to delivering practical, commercially focused solutions while maintaining the highest standards of fiduciary oversight.

He is a member of both the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) and the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA).
